WHEN YOU PURCHASE
When you buy a tree sculpture, you will receive:

a unique maker's certificate stating name of the sculpture as proof of authenticity and ownership
-
a care guide detailing how to look after and maintain the beauty of your new sculpture
-
1 can of spray lacquer
All of my welded tree sculptures are detailed with the DP initials and the year of completion.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
FREE UK DELIVERY*
I am pleased to offer free delivery to UK customers (*excluding Highlands, some Scottish postcodes, Islands and Northern Ireland). If you qualify for free delivery, your purchase will be delivered personally by me or via a trusted local courier service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If you don't qualify for free delivery, my sculptures can be delivered worldwide at cost to you. International shipping prices will vary depending on item weight and your geographical location so please contact me for a shipping estimate.
BOOKING A VIEWING*
There's only so much detail you can get from a photograph! So if you are interested in purchasing one of my welded tree sculptures, I welcome you to visit my workshop in rural Herefordshire for a viewing before you buy.

*COVID-19 INFO: Rest assured that you can visit my workshop with confidence. All appointments follow UK government guidelines and you will be the only customers viewing at any one time. I will place the sculpture/s you wish to view in an outdoor space and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Hand sanitiser will be provided on arrival. For safety, please adhere to 2m social distancing measures whilst visiting the workshop.
COMMISSIONS
Should you have a particular tree design in mind, I will gladly create a commissioned piece catered to your ideas. I can make tree sculptures in a variety of styles and sizes.
If you are interested in a commission, get in touch using the contact form and include a brief summary of what it is you are looking for. I will then contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss your ideas and requirements and come back to you with a proposed design. If you should wish to proceed with your commission, a non-refundable deposit will be required.
Please allow up to 12 weeks for your commissioned piece to be made.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy or have a problem with a tree sculpture you have purchased, please contact me in the first instance and I will endeavour to be of assistance. I accept returns up to 14 days after a sculpture has been delivered to you, however please bear in mind that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once your purchase has arrived safely back at my workshop, I will organise a refund. Please note that if you are returning a commissioned piece, deposits are non-refundable.
YOUR PRIVACY
To buy a tree sculpture, you will be required to provide certain details such as your name, contact details and delivery address. Any customer information from purchases through the website, in person or over the phone is kept entirely private. I will always contact you via phone or email to inform you of how your sculpture will be delivered. If your purchase is arriving via a local courier service, information including your name and shipping address will be required by the external courier to make delivery possible. I will always ask for your consent if I need to pass certain personal details onto an external delivery service. If you should like me to keep your customer information on file, you may at any time request to see what personal details I hold about you, correct or update any details I hold about you, request your details not be used for certain purposes or request for your details to be deleted.
